Design
The Center Circle project has been designed with sustainability in mind from the very beginning. Our architects and designers have used a variety of strategies to reduce energy consumption, including passive solar design, natural ventilation, and energy-efficient lighting. We have also incorporated sustainable materials and landscaping into the design, such as low-VOC paints, FSC-certified wood, and native plants.
Build
When it comes to construction, we’re committed to using sustainable practices and materials whenever possible. We’re minimizing waste by recycling and reusing materials, and we’re using eco-friendly products like low-emission adhesives and insulation. We’re also working with local suppliers and contractors to reduce transportation emissions and support the community.
Operation
We believe that sustainability doesn’t end with construction – it’s an ongoing commitment. That’s why we’re planning to operate the Center Circle facility in a way that minimizes our environmental impact. We’ll be using energy-efficient systems like LED lighting and high-efficiency HVAC, and we’ll be implementing recycling and composting programs to divert waste from landfill.
